After, several hours of expert discussions and elaborative debates of the delegates and experts of Islamic countries in 26th Session of the Standing Committee for Economic and Commercial Cooperation of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (COMCEC) in Istanbul, finally triple standards of Halal world were confirmed and approved . About 400 experts from 57 Islamic countries with observer countries came to the  agreement and confirmed Halal Food Standards during hard  discussions on previous text which was prepared last year in Istanbul Official Forums Place beside Hilton Hotel . This text will be ratified by Ministers of Islamic Countries and then will be presented as an international declaration in the world. The presence of Iranian experts prevented delaying  of confirmation of Halal food standard which could postpone for another year and they could solve  the great obstacle to reach  the unanimity . We  congratulate this excellent success to the great Islamic ummah and  especially to the  gratified nation of Iran and we  thanks God of this success which bestowed to us.

H. E. Ayatollah Safiy Golpayegani in a message to the Head of Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Mines (ICCIM) has expressed his gratitude for the efforts of Iran Chamber for adopting Islamic countries Halal Standard and emphasized on independent and protection of full Islamic society in Muslim countries.

Dr. Nahavandian, President of Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Mines (ICCIM), through separate letters congratulated the great achievement of adoption of "Halal Food Standard" in OIC Ministerial Meeting to the religious leaders, the Leader of Islamic Revolution, religious authorities, and the Head of the World Forum for Approximately of the Islamic Schools of Thought.
He announced that this event is the most important feasible event on proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought and asked them to support this text which is the first authorized juridical text and is in conformity with all common Islamic Maddhabs while he demanded that they support ICRIC for its implementation through the world.

Whereas, for the promotion and development of Halalworld and better benefiting from foreign and internal capacities in this field an agreement was set up between Ministry of Jihad-E-Agriculture (the Office of the Representative of the Supreme Leader of the I.R. of Iran) and Islamic Chamber Research and Information Center (ICRIC). It was signed by Ayatolah Hasan Alemi, the Representative of the Supreme Leader in Ministry of Jihad-E- Agriculture, and Dr. Nahavandian, the President of ICCIM.

1- Cooperation in the field of supervision on Islamic slaughtering of livestock and also hunting aquatics
2- Dispatching the Islamic slaughtering inspector and also skilled educators
3- Legalizing and confirming the certifications issued by ICRIC on Islamic slaughtering of livestock, poultry and hunting aquatics
4- Providing the possibility for the attendance of the experts of the Ministry at the international seminars and scientific forums regarding Halal issue
5- Providing the areas for the experts of the Ministry to co-operate in the international research projects.

Following an invitation by the Head of Veterinary Organization, Dr. Fakhari, Executive Manager of ICRIC, presented in a meeting with the presence of the head of veterinary organization and the experts from two centers there.
